A brief history of O R A . O R A was created in 2002 and the directors were drawn from those who stepped forward to serve or where identified as needed as a result of the 2002 meeting held at Christie Conservation Area and reaffirmed in Niagra Falls meeting in 2003 by the directors O R A was specifically created to assist with the staging of Nationals as well as to represent the broader interest of Field Trial clubs in Ontario (ratified by unanimous vote in 2002 by representatives of the majority of clubs from both northern and southern Ontario and by the directors in 2003). O R A has basically remained dormant until recently where talk about the need to reactivate O.R.A hence the O.R.A meeting on October 19th 2008.
